Our Gorgeous (wretched) World

Semi- Multi- Beginnner. Looking for horror/supernatural, realistic melee to moderate powers.

Set in an upper-crust rural yuppie town haunted by a mysterious phenomena that alters reality for those aware of it.

The character I am playing is a confused teenage girl who is often pursued by otherworldly monsters that manifest from the strange haunting. She has become host to a parasitic consciousness that gives her slight powers when in proximity to a reality-altering occurrence, though at the cost of following the parasite's mysterious demands.

There isn't a type of role my opposite to fill, but the mood should be kept rather somber and uncertain. The powers to be used by characters should not be especially beneficial to the user or very powerful at all, but rather very subtle and very difficult to execute. Each character will only be allowed one supernatural ability that will also cause the character some sort of detriment or difficulty.

Open to both males and females, but it is necessary that there should be at least one male.
